It is a very good book useful from pregnant/breasfeeding mothers.
when i read the title of the book, it sounded a bit arrogant but the book really lives up to its title. it really made me confident about breastfeeding when i was so depressed that i was almost going to give up. it talks about benefits of breastmilk in detail and how formula companies brainwash doctors and pregnant/lactating women into thinking that formula is on par or even superior to breastfeeding. i was initially planning to supplement with formula starting from 4-5 months and stop breastfeeding at 6 months, but i understood that breastfeeding exclusively until 6 months and continuing thereafter with solids is the best thing for my baby, until the baby was ready to wean by herself.
on the whole, i wish every pregnant/lactating woman could read this book and really appreciate the pain we go through for our babies.
