*Handling day to day functioning of accounts and Maintaining records of overall accounting.
*Thoroughly reconcile salary data for correctness and cross check appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment/promotion letter. -Verify PAN number, ESI biometric numbers and bank account details
*Generate TDS returns and submit quarterly and annual returns as per deadlines after coordination with accounts head
*Generate Form16/salary certificate, review for correctness and distribute to staff after signature from the authorized signatory.
*Computation of Excise, Service Tax and Sales Tax and making payments.
* Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and Banking Activity on daily basis.
*Excellent knowledge in Tally
*Assessment of Financial Year and other accounting works
