Designation : Team Member / Brew Master / Barista
Reporting to : Assistant Manager / Café Manager
Salary : 7000 - 9000 per month plus performance incentives
Location : Chennai
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic English
Hardworking
Ability to work under pressure
Should be flexible to work in shifts allotted
Should be comfortable with inter café transfers (within Chennai)
Educational Qualifications :
SSC/ H.S.C or Degree/diploma in Hotel Mgmt/Catering or Graduate from any stream
Experience & Eligibility:
Fresher’s or any from any relevant field
Age 18-24yrs
(Responsibilities) :
Customer service.
Preparation and serving coffees, food and other beverages
Cashiering, stock management, inventory control
Opening & closing of café. (rotating shifts 10 hours)
Maintaining café hygiene in the premises of the cafe
Adhering to all rules and regulations set as per companies standard operating procedures.
Wastage control measures
Participating in all training programs designed as per the schedule.
